What are lead times?

The lead time for your order consists of the days in which your parts will be in production, as well as days it will potentially take to deliver to your door.

How are they determined?

Our manufacturing partners set their own lead times as an average, based on their experience as well as the material and color you choose. Therefore, it is important to note that lead times provided are estimations, and they may change to reflect the design and complexity of your 3D model. Depending on individual workflows, here some reasons as to why your order could experience a small delay.

Due to the current pandemic, shipping lead times can vary depending on the carrier service. If after 30 days you still have not received your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you on an immediate solution. We encourage everybody to be patient and manage expectations during this unprecedented time.

If you have a strict deadline, please note this in the production note section, and once our manufacturing partner has reviewed your file, we will provide you with updated information.
