Ordering multiple parts with different vendors

What does this mean?

It means that your order can be placed with more than one manufacturer, depending on your needs.

Below is an example of what it looks like when you order with different manufacturers:

As you can see in the picture, the lead times of different services can vary.

What happens if one part gets cancelled?

If one part is cancelled, we will send you an email to inform you why that part has been cancelled. In the email, we will let you know which part of the order is cancelled, by including the name of the manufacturer of that part.

Is there a difference in quality and color?

When ordering with more than one manufacturer, there can be slight differences in looks or tone of color, as our manufacturers might use different printers or filaments. Even if the printer and material are the same, there still can be some difference in the print, due to the orientation, for example.

How does the shipping process work?

If you received an email from us that states that part of your order has been shipped, but you have not heard from us regarding another part of your order, most of the time it is just because the manufacturer is still printing your order.

Therefore, when one part is shipped, it does not mean there are any problems with the second part - it has simply not yet been dispatched. You can track your order status via the link in your confirmation email if you are unsure about what has been shipped.

If you have not received an update from us, please check your spam folder first. In any case, you are very welcome to drop us an email. We will make sure to get back to you as soon as we can or the latest after 2 business days.
